Extended Schools Northampton Town Survey

 

This questionnaire is for adults – parents, grandparents, carers, relatives and any other adult members of our community.

 
Take your chance to share your views about how we can work with parents and our local community to support our students and you could be in with a chance of winning up to £100!
Everyone who sends in their survey, on paper or on via this website will be entered into a draw for £50 and as a bonus, if you have filled your survey in online, you could win an extra £50! *
 

Northampton town schools are becoming Extended Services Schools - this means that they will be looking into working in partnership with local people and organisations to build a better community for our children.

 

This will NOT affect the schools existing services but is intended to extend and complement them.

 
Please remember – this survey is not about what we WILL provide, but about finding out more about what your needs are and how schools can develop their services. They may already be providing some of the services mentioned and may not be able to provide some of the things that you want, but we will try to find out more about what is available across the town and let you know. It is about working together to provide better outcomes for our children, this is our main priority.

*Prize draw rules: All surveys completed with contact details will be entered into a prize draw to win £50 on the 1st April 2009. If the person selected has entered on line then they will receive a further £50 prize money. Only one entry per person, the prize will be paid by cheque.
