Booking
conditions
Initial enquiries should be made by telephone or the attached
email enquiry form. Following your call a provisional Booking
Form will be sent to you. The Booking Form should be signed
and returned with the non-refundable deposit of 20% as soon
as possible. Confirmation of booking will only be made once
your signed Booking Form and deposit has been received.
Full payment
must be made 30 days before arrival date, unless otherwise agreed
with the Mackintosh Centre Development Officer. Cheques should
be made payable to Northamptonshire County Council.
Add-ons
Additional activities can be booked beforehand or on arrival
at the Mackintosh centre. A separate booking form and prices
for these activities will be sent out on request.
Booking
the Mackintosh Centre meeting room
The meeting room can be booked separately for meetings private
functions and training sessions up to a month before the required
date. Prices on request.
