*The minimum length of stay is 2 nights, though occasional allowances can be made for one night stays. In these cases however, groups must provide their own bedding.

The minimum group size is 8 and the maximum 24 (or 30 with use of foldaway beds.

Concessionary rate: In keeping with the project's 'Countryside Access for All' philosophy certain groups recognised as encountering barriers to access in the countryside are eligible for concessions. These include disability groups, black and ethnic minority groups and groups from identified disadvantaged areas.
